Order, Payments, and Tracking

How can I check my order status?

You can log into your account and check ‘Order Status’

I'm having issues with payment, discounts, or points, what should I do?

Please contact us so we can assist immediately.

Why can't I get my in-stock items first?

If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, all your items will be consolidated and sent together to be more green. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items first, please order them separately.

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, we're unable to accept cancellations. We're committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible so it's sent for processing immediately after confirmation.  

However, if you want to make some changes to your order within 1 hour since it was placed, we MAY be able to help. If your order hasn't been dispatched for shipment yet, we can assist with the following adjustments:

  • Swap the color or size of an item or items
  • Update your shipping address

Please keep in mind that we MAY be able accommodate these changes if they're made within 1 hour since the order is placed. Once the fulfillment process has started, we are unlikely to be able to make these changes. So, if you need to make adjustments, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Please contact us within 1 hour of your order to see if we can accommodate you in case the order has not yet been dispatched to a delivery partner.

Products & Inventory

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

Please contact us if the stock information isn’t provided

I am not sure of my size, what size do you recommend?

Please check our Size Chart page, but if you're still not sure, please contact us with your measurements and we can advise and provide our recommendations.

I received a wrong item or is defective. What should I do?

We're really sorry and will fix this as soon as possible.

Please contact us immediately with your order number, right/wrong product information, photos of the defective product.

Shipping & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, You can for unworn items in original condition (original tags, packaging, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged), within 30 days from date of order

Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

Please mail the item back to us, where the tracked package is covered by you. And we will mail back the preferred size/color/style.

For overseas customers, you can send the items back (where the tracked package is covered by you) and we will send the correct size/color/style over at a predetermined cost to you. 

Sorry, Items purchased during a sale, promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded.

How do I return or exchange an item?

What are my delivery options?

1. Standard delivery - Courier service can be delivered to your residential or work address. Signature may be required.
