Shipping

  • Free shipping is offered on orders above S$50
  • You can expect to receive your package within 3-4 working days from the date of order placed
  • If you need express shipping, please contact us
  • Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched
  • Deliveries are restricted to a single local Singapore address as specified. No deliveries will take place on public holidays or weekends. WOLO retains the right to decline delivery if any outstanding amounts are unpaid or if other impediments prevent the fulfillment of the delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

Available for items in original condition (original tags, packaging, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged) on, within 30 days from date of order.

We will offer free pick-up of the item(s) until Feb 29, 2024.

To start Refunds / Exchanges, please email us at support@wololife.com with the following: 

  • Email address used to place the order
  • Order Number 
  • Color, Size and Fit of the items desired for exchange
  • Reason for the refunds / exchange (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc)

Items strictly not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Sale / Marked down items
  • Pre-order items
  • Items using WOLO store credits
  • Items using WOLO Rewards points

Please note we reserve the right to reject your return if all items are not in original condition, tags, and packaging or if we believe the customers are abusing the return/exchange policy. 

All refunds/exchanges must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our office address with the included return form or you may return the items to our store during store hours. WOLO will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails. Do note that you will incur a S$5 shipping fee to mail your replacement items to you. 

If we have made a mistake with the delivery of your order (wrong address written, wrong item shipped etc.), we will be committed to rectify the problem as soon as possible. However, if it was a mistake on your end (provided us with the wrong delivery details etc.), a re-delivery fee of S$5 will be charged to you. 

 

Cancellation

Once orders are confirmed and processed, no cancellations are allowed once they’ve been packed and ready to ship.
